Ingredients

2 tablespoons Mediterranean Seasoning

Grilled Potato Salad Seasoning

2 pounds medium red potatoes

2 teaspoons salt, divided

1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

1. In a large pot add whole potatoes and salt. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 8-10 minutes.

2. Drain. Set aside to prepare the vinaigrette.

3. In a large bowl whisk together the olive oil, whole grain mustard, 1 teaspoon salt and Mediterranean Seasoning (or Grilled Potato Salad Seasoning).

4. Cut potatoes in half and toss to coat in the vinaigrette.

5. Prepare grill to medium heat and arrange the seasoned potatoes cut side down.

6. Grill potatoes 4-5 minutes per side or until well browned and crisp.

7. Transfer to a plate. Drizzle with remaining marinade and teaspoon of salt. Serve warm.

Recipe Tip:
Small potatoes fall through the grates which is why medium works best for this recipe
