1 tablespoon Ginger Citrus Seasoning
6 - 6 ounce salmon fillets, skin removed
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 cup white wine
6 ounces crème fraîche, optional
1 lemon, zested and juiced, optional
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Arrange the onion and lemon slices on a roasting pan. Place the salmon fillets on top. Sprinkle with Ginger Citrus Seasoning. Pour the wine and 1/2 cup water to the pan. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve warm.
3. Optional sauce - In a small bowl combine the crème fraîche with lemon zest and juice.
