1 white onion
1 large cucumber, peeled and seeded
1 green bell pepper
4 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Sicilian Seasoning or Greek Salad Seasoning
1. Cut the onion, cucumber, and green pepper into 1/2 inch pieces and place in a large bowl.
2. Add the tomato wedges, feta cheese, olive oil, red wine vinegar and Sicilian Seasoning (or Greek Salad Seasoning) to the bowl.
3. Gently toss to combine
4. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
