Sesame Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry
4 tablespoons toasted sesame oil, divided
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup Sesame Teriyaki Seasoning
6 cups assorted vegetables such as: bell pepper, snow peas, carrots, scallions, summer squash, broccoli
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil, the chicken and 2 tablespoons of Sesame Teriyaki seasoning. Sauté until just cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan stir in the remaining Sesame Teriyaki, toasted sesame oil and all of the vegetables. Sauté for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
4. Stir soy sauce and add the chicken back into the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve over rice or grain of your choice.
