Ingredients
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3-4 pound pork roast
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Kansas City Steak Rub
Directions
1. Place the onion on the bottom of the slow cooker or crock-pot, top with the pork roast.
2. In a mixing bowl whisk together the vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup and Kansas City Steak Rub. Pour over the pork roast.
3. Cook on high for 6 hours or on low for 10 hours.
4. When it is done, take two forks and shred the pork.
