1/4 cup Bacon Glaze
or 1/4 cup Ham Glaze
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders, about 12
12 slices bacon
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with nonstick spray. Set aside.
2. In a shallow bowl combine the Bacon Glaze and chili powder.
3. Wrap each chicken tender with bacon. Dredge the bacon wrapped tenders into the Bacon Glaze - Chili Powder mixture. Arrange on the prepared pan.
4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 160ºF and the bacon is crispy. Serve warm.
