Honey Aleppo Pepper Crusted Salmon

This is a five ingredient showstopper. This is my go-to recipe for dinner parties, as it allows me to enjoy my guests... and wow them too!
Juice of 1 lemon
6 - 4oz salmon fillets
3 tablespoons olive oil
6 tablespoons Honey Aleppo Pepper
1. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over salmon filets. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let rest for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
2. Coat each filet with 1 tablespoon Honey Aleppo Pepper.
3. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the olive oil and salmon fillets skin side up. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip over and continue cooking for 3-5 minutes or until salmon is cooked to medium. Internal temperature is 132ºF.
