Heirloom Tomato Salad

On a summer day, I don't think there is anything better than heirloom tomatoes with a sprinkling of salt. Opt for Celtic Sea Salt as it provides a crunch and a briny flavor that when married with the tomatoes, is perfection.
4 pounds heirloom or vine-ripened tomatoes
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
1/4 cup of fresh basil
1. Cut tomatoes into 3/4 inch slices and arrange on a platter.
2. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with Celtic Salt and torn basil. Serve at room temperature.
