Heirloom Tomato Salad

Intro
On a summer day, I don't think there is anything better than heirloom tomatoes with a sprinkling of salt. Opt for Pacific Coast Flake Salt as it provides a nice crunchy texture.

Ingredients
4 pounds heirloom or vine-ripened tomatoes
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Pacific Coast Flake Salt
1/4 cup of fresh basil
Directions
1. Cut tomatoes into 3/4 inch slices and arrange on a platter.
2. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with Pacific Coast Flake Salt and torn basil. Serve at room temperature.
