Classic Meatloaf

Nothing says comfort food more than a classic meatloaf. With just a few pantry ingredients, ground beef is transformed into a tender and savory dish. This foolproof recipe is sure to be a family favorite. In fact, this was my late husband's favorite meal, ever.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Toasted Onion Herb or Classic Meatloaf Seasoning

2 pounds ground beef or turkey

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

1/2 cup plain bread crumbs

2 eggs, beaten

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Combine all the ingredients and form a loaf on a baking sheet with sides or put into a loaf pan.

3. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160ºF. Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Substitutions
Recipe Tip:
Ground dark turkey or plant protein can be substituted for the beef.
