Smoky Paprika Chipotle Flank Steak

This has all the flavor and texture of a steakhouse worthy meal, but this is ready in minutes.
10 - 15 Minutes
2 tablespoons Smoky Paprika Chipotle Seasoning
1 ½ pounds flank steak, trimmed
1. Preheat grill to high heat.
2. Rub the Smoky Paprika Chipotle over both sides of the steak. Season with salt to taste.
3. Reduce heat to medium-high about 400ºF. Place the steak on the grill, and cook 4 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness. (130ºF for Rare or 140ºF for Medium-Rare). Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
4. Cut the steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
