Ingredients

3 pounds root vegetables (carrots, parsnips, potatoes, sweet potatoes)

6 tablespoons butter, melted

2 teaspoons salt

4 tablespoons Savory Honey Vegetable Glaze

1 ½ cups vegetable stock

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Set aside.

2. Peel and cut vegetables into 1 inch cubes. Add to a bowl with butter, salt and Savory Honey Vegetable Glaze. Toss to coat.

3. Arrange on the prepared pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 45 minutes.

4. Remove foil, pour stock over vegetables. Increase oven 500°F. Bake for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender and stock is absorbed.
