Ingredients

2 tablespoons Moroccan Seasoning

4 lamb chops (8 ounces each)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover a roasting pan with foil. Set aside.

2. Rub the Moroccan on the chops. Arrange on the prepared pan.

3. Roast for 25 minutes, turning once after 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145ºF for medium rare.
