Ingredients

3 tablespoons Moroccan Seasoning

1 head cauliflower, cut into 1 inch pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl combine the Moroccan seasoning, cauliflower, olive oil. Toss to coat. Spread the mixture on the prepared pan.

3. Bake for 40 minutes tossing every 15 minutes or until fork tender. Serve warm.
