This is a back pocket recipe everyone should know. Classic creamy Italian salad dressing makes the perfect addition to any green salad! And it’s SO easy to make!

Ingredients

1 egg

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Mediterranean Seasoning

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

1. Place the egg in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Add the vinegar and Mediterranean seasoning to the egg, pulsing to combine.

2. With the food processor or blender running, gradually add in the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Substitutions

Recipe Tip:

The garlic in the recipe actually comes from the Mediterranean seasoning. If you prefer additional garlic flavor, add a clove of fresh minced garlic.
