Pumpkin Pie Honeycomb Ice Cream

This delicious frozen treat is great for fall, or year round!

5 tablespoons of sugar

2 tablespoons of honey

1 teaspoon of baking soda

Ice Cream:

600 ml of heavy cream

½ can of condensed milk (7oz)

1 tablespoon of vodka

1 tablespoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice

  1. Mix sugar and honey in a pot on high heat until it turns red/amber
  2. Add a teaspoon of baking soda to the mixture. Everything will rise very quickly so make sure you have some parchment paper or aluminum foil next to you before you start this step.
  3. Transfer the honeycomb onto some parchment paper and let it cool for thirty minutes
  4. For the ice cream, whisk heavy whipping cream and condensed milk in a large bowl until you get medium peaks
  5. Mix in the vodka and Pumpkin Pie Spice
  6. Grab the cooled-down honeycomb, cut it into bite-size pieces, and mix it back into the ice cream mixture
  7. Transfer everything into a container, and let it freeze for a couple hours before you enjoy!
