2-3 tablespoons Moroccan Seasoning
1 - 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
2. If desired drizzle the top with a bit more olive oil and lemon juice.
