3 tablespoons Maple Bourbon Brussels Sprouts Glaze
6 strips bacon, cut into ½ inch pieces
2 pounds Brussels sprouts, halved
1/4 cup stock, vegetable, chicken or turkey
1. In a large sauté pan cook bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from pan, to a paper towel lined plate, reserving the drippings in the pan.
2. Add the sprouts and Maple Bourbon Brussels Sprouts Glaze to pan with reserved drippings. Sauté for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Stir in stock and reduce heat to simmer. Cook 5 minutes uncovered or until stock is absorbed. Stir in the bacon. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
