Kansas City Grilled Steak

A peppery blend of robust aromatics create an untamed seasoning that brings out the best in all cuts of beef and pork.
Perfectly grilled steak seasoned with Kansas City Steak Rub. Served with grilled corn, and pickles.

8 teaspoons Kansas City Steak Rub

4 - 5 to 8 oz Steaks, Filet Mignon, Rib-Eye, Sirloin or T-Bone.


1. Coat all sides of the steaks with the Kansas City Steak Rub. Set aside while you prepare the grill.

2. Heat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

3. Grill the steaks for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 135-145°F.

4. Remove the steaks from the grill and tent loosely with foil to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Recipe Tip:
For steaks cooked to medium rare internal temperature is 135°F, medium is 145°F.
