Ingredients

8 teaspoons Kansas City Steak Rub

4 - 5 to 8 oz Steaks, Filet Mignon, Rib-Eye, Sirloin or T-Bone.

Directions

1. Coat all sides of the steaks with the Kansas City Steak Rub. Set aside while you prepare the grill.

2. Heat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

3. Grill the steaks for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 135-145°F.

4. Remove the steaks from the grill and tent loosely with foil to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Substitutions
Recipe Tip:
For steaks cooked to medium rare internal temperature is 135°F, medium is 145°F.
