3 tablespoons Herbes de Provence Seasoning
1 cup Parmesan Reggiano cheese, grated
1 cup mayonnaise (we prefer Hellman's)
1 large or 2 small French baguettes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2. Combine the mayonnaise, cheese, and Herbes de Provence in a small mixing bowl.
3. Spread the herb mixture onto the baguette slices. Arrange on a rimmed sheet pan.
4. Bake for 5-8 minutes, or until bubbling.
5. Serve immediately.
