Garlic Onion Grilled Sirloin

This simple garlic and onion blend adds just the right amount of flavor and salt to bring out the best in any steak.

2 tablespoons Garlic Onion Blend

4 sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip Steaks (6 oz each)


1. Heat your gas or charcoal grill to medium-high. Rub the Garlic Onion Blend on all sides of the steaks. Place the steak on the grill.

2. We recommend cooking a steak to 130-135ºF for medium doneness. See tip.

3. Take the steak off the grill. Let it rest 5 minutes to allow the juices to reabsorb into the steak before slicing.

Recipe Tip:
Depending on the thickness of your steak the cook time will vary: 2-3 minutes per side for a 1/2-inch thick steak; 4 to 6 minutes per side for a 1-inch thick steak; 6 to 9 minutes per side for a 1 1/2 to 2-inch thick steak.
