Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 5 tsp olive oil- divided
- 6 firm roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ounce freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbs good quality balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp Garlic Herb Sea Salt
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400° F.
- Cut you French baguette into 1/4 inch slices, and brush 3 tsp oil onto both sides lightly and place onto a large baking sheet. Bake for 5-8 mins or until golden, flipping them halfway through.
- While the baguettes are in the oven, toss together the tomatoes, basil, garlic, and parmesan cheese until combined.
- Then add the last 2 tsp of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and Garlic Herb Sea Salt and mix again.
- Once the baguettes are out of the oven, spoon on the mixture onto each toasted slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
