Ingredients
  • 1 French baguette, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 5 tsp olive oil- divided
  • 6 firm roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ounce freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbs good quality balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic Herb Sea Salt

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400° F.
  2. Cut you French baguette into 1/4 inch slices, and brush 3 tsp oil onto both sides lightly and place onto a large baking sheet. Bake for 5-8 mins or until golden, flipping them halfway through.
  3. While the baguettes are in the oven, toss together the tomatoes, basil, garlic, and parmesan cheese until combined.
  4. Then add the last 2 tsp of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and Garlic Herb Sea Salt and mix again.
  5. Once the baguettes are out of the oven, spoon on the mixture onto each toasted slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Substitutions
Recipe Tip:
You can make the topping mixture ahead of time. The flavors will mix together and taste even better that way.
