1 tablespoon Cinnamon Chile Rub
3 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
¼ cup carrot, shredded
½ cup pecans, chopped and toasted
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1. In a large bowl whisk together the Cinnamon Chile Rub. mayonnaise, sugar, and the cider vinegar.
2. Add in the cabbage, carrots, and nuts. Toss well.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
