Mango smoothie with fresh mango and half of a coconut.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Mango Turmeric Tea

12 ounces frozen mango chunks

1 1/4 cups coconut water

1/2 inch piece ginger root, finely grated

Optional, 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut, toasted

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender except the unsweetened coconut. Blend until smooth. Top with toasted coconut, if using.

Substitutions
Recipe Tip:
Tap water can be used in place of coconut water.
