Ingredients

3 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces

1 stick butter, cold and cut into 8 pieces

1/2-3/4 cup milk, warmed

4 tablespoons Herb Brown Butter Mashed Potato Seasoning

Directions

1. Add potatoes to a large pot of salted boiling water. Bring back to a boil, then simmer uncovered for 12 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender.

2. Drain. Add in the butter and cover for 2 minutes. With a potato masher or hand-held mixer slowly break up the potatoes.

3. Stir in 1/2 cup milk and the Herb Brown Butter Mash Potato Seasoning. Blend until creamy. If needed, add in the remaining 1/4 cup milk.

Substitutions
Recipe Tip:
We prefer Yukon Gold potatoes - these are naturally creamy and buttery in flavor.
