Grilled Vegetables with Garlic Onion Blend

This quick, easy, and flavorful dish works great for weeknight grilling - or anytime! You can use the vegetables we listed, or substitute for whatever vegetables are in your refrigerator.

1/4 cup olive oil

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Garlic and Onion Blend

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

1 pound cherry tomatoes

2 bell peppers, cut into 1/2 inch slices

1 yellow squash, cut into 1/2 inch slices

1 zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices

1 red onion, cut into wedges


1. In a large bowl whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, and Garlic and Onion Blend.

2. Add in the prepared vegetables, tossing to coat.

3. Prepare grill to medium-high heat. Grill veggies turning occasionally until lightly charred, about 10-12 minutes.

Recipe Tip:
If you end up having some small pieces, either skewer them so they don't fall through the grates, or use a veggie basket over the grill
