Blackened Shrimp Skewers

These delicious blackened shrimp skewers are not only tasty, they are the perfect fast weeknight meal. Add them to tacos, lettuce wraps, on pasta, rice, or simply on their own!
3 tablespoons Blackening Rub
32 shrimp, peeled and deveined
Juice of 1 lime
1. Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat.
2. Add the Blackening Rub to a shallow dish. Dredge the shrimp into the Blackening Rub to thoroughly coat.
3. Thread the shrimp, 4 per skewer. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until shrimp is firm and pink.
4. Serve with a squeeze of lime.
